1 - Refer a Friend: You get $25.00, your friend gets $25.00: Offer valid as of July 9, 2026 to members who have an active SMA Checking or MyLife Checking account, and refer a friend using the Refer-a-Friend Program Site. To receive the referral incentive, the Referred Friend must use the Referrer's unique referral link to open a USALLIANCE MyLife Checking Account, subject to Credit Union approval. The Referred Friend must complete at least five (5) qualifying transactions of $5.00 or more each within 45 days of the account opening date.

Qualifying transactions are point-of-sale purchases. Internal transfers between USALLIANCE accounts, Peer-to-Peer, any Deposits, External Transfers, ACH transactions are not eligible. To qualify, transactions must be completed and posted within the required timeframe. USALLIANCE reserves the right to determine whether a transaction qualifies.

The $25.00 incentive will be deposited into the Referrer's USALLIANCE Checking Account and the $25.00 incentive will be deposited into the Referred Friend's MyLife Checking Account within 5 business days after all offer requirements have been met, provided each applicable account is open and in good standing. You cannot refer your own account, and secondary checking accounts do not qualify for this offer. The Referred Friend must not be a current or prior USALLIANCE member at the time the referred account is opened.

Eligible Referrers may earn a maximum of 10 referral rewards per calendar year, for a maximum total of $250.00 in referral rewards per calendar year.

USALLIANCE may delay, withhold, deny, or reverse any reward if it determines that the referral or account activity is fraudulent, abusive, in violation of these terms, not eligible, or the result of system error.

This offer may not be combined with any other account opening, referral, incentive, promotional, or bonus offer unless expressly authorized by USALLIANCE. Offer may be canceled at any time without notice. Referral incentives may be reported to the IRS or other taxing authorities as required by law, and recipients are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.

By participating in this program, the Referred Friend understands and acknowledges that, if the referral requirements are satisfied and a reward is paid, the Referrer may infer that the Referred Friend has opened an account with USALLIANCE.
