An enhanced digital banking platform is coming this July for USALLIANCE members!

Here at USALLIANCE, our primary focus is on our members and serving their needs as best we possibly can. We listened when our members told us that they wanted an improved digital banking experience, and we are proud to announce that USALLIANCE will be delivering an upgraded digital banking platform in July 2023!

Our enhanced platform will bring USALLIANCE’s digital banking system up to industry-leading standards and allow us to continue to build out modern features in the future. Personalized Dashboard

The new dashboard will let members organize their financial accounts in the way that suits them best. Put your most important accounts front and center and give yourself the information you need in just a glance.

We heard our members, and our digital banking upgrade will deliver a single, cohesive digital banking platform whether you’re using the mobile app or logging in on your computer. And, yes, that includes having one set of login info for both!

Upgraded Card Control

Losing your card is about to become much less stressful! The new platform will feature improved card controls, allowing you to lock and unlock your card with a single click, report a lost or stolen card, and create specific spending alerts.

Transfer Funds with Ease

Move money between your USALLIANCE accounts as well as your connected external accounts easily with an enhanced payment processing system and take advantage of new wire and ACH transfer options.

We make it easy to set up and view customized alerts – emails, push notifications, or SMS text – for account activity, upcoming payments, overdrafts, login security, and more!

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my login credentials remain the same?

If you have logged in to online or mobile banking in the past six months, your username and password will be the same when you first log in; however, you will be required to change your password once authenticated. Business profiles will need to re-enroll.

Will I need to re-install the USALLIANCE mobile app?

No, you don’t need to reinstall the app. You will need to have the newest version of our app installed on your device. We recommend turning on automatic updates on your device to ensure you always have the latest version installed.

Why are you updating the system?

Upgrading our digital banking platform will address and improve many issues expressed by our members and will allow us to serve all of our members better moving forward. For example, our number one feedback from members was that they would prefer a single username and password for both Mobile and Online Banking. Our new upgrade will solve for this!

Will Bill Pay be impacted by the upgrade?

It may look a little different, but the functionality of Bill Pay is the same. All of your existing Bill Pay content and settings will carry over through this upgrade.

Will my Intuit connection be impacted? (QuickBooks, Quicken, Mint)

Yes, your Intuit connection will need to be re-established. Please see our Intuit Conversion Resources page for all instructions, action dates, and relevant information.

iOS Download Restrictions

The new platform currently supports app-downloads for users with iOS 15 or above. Users with 14 or below can keep the app they have, but downloading an update or new app will require 15 or above. Apple announced that it would stop allowing users on iOS 14 in January of 2023. They will no longer offer security patches for 14 and are forcing users to 15.

Android Download Restrictions

The new platform will not allow downloads for users on Android 9 or below at this time. While we will still allow downloads and updates to users with Android 10 and above, there may be issues with usage on the site that we have not yet identified. Android generally only supports the last 3 releases, with the oldest getting security upgrades only. As of June 2023, the last Android OS versions Android officially supported are Android 11, 12, and 12L with Android 13 being the current version.

Virtual Private Networks (VPN) Restrictions

We will be enforcing new security protocols surrounding Virtual Private Networks (VPNs). If you use a VPN and are having trouble connecting to our system, try accessing it outside of your VPN.

Will there be any downtime or lapse in services related to the upgrade?

You may experience a minimal period of downtime in Digital Banking services (including the USALLIANCE Financial Mobile App) while we perform the upgrade.

When will the upgrade occur?

The upgraded digital banking experience will launch on July 18, 2023.
