Set up with your payroll provider

Ask your onboarding, HR, or payroll for your employer’s system portal. Common providers include ADP, Workday, Paychex, UKG, or internal. see more payroll options.

Log into your payroll provider online
Search for a section labeled “Direct Deposit”, “Payroll”, “Payment Settings” or “Bank information.”
When prompted, enter your account details:

USALLIANCE Routing: 221981063
Your Account number: Can be found in Digital Banking, checks, or on your printed monthly statement

Once all filled out, submit your changes. It can take up to 1-2 payroll cycles for your employer to process.

What if I already have my Direct Deposit set up with another financial institution?

You can switch your Direct Deposit to USALLIANCE at any time, even if it’s currently going to another bank. Your existing setup won’t block or interfere with updating your payroll information.

Log in to your employer’s payroll system (like ADP, Workday, Paychex, or your company’s HR site) and enter your USALLIANCE routing and account number.
Once your employer updates your information, future paychecks will be sent to your USALLIANCE account. There’s no need to contact your previous bank.

Please note timing may vary. Most employers process changes within 1–2 pay cycles, depending on their payroll schedule.

If you are unsure about your employer's payroll system, ask your onboading, human resources (HR), or payroll department.

1 - Early Pay Direct Deposit is a benefit provided by USALLIANCE Financial and is not guaranteed; early deposit may be up to two days early of your actual payment settlement day but is contingent upon the receipt and successful processing of the deposit from your payor/employer. USALLIANCE Financial does not have control over when your funds are received from or sent by your payor/employer. For questions regarding your payment date, please speak with your payor/employer.

2 - In order for an ATM fee, or Add Cash fee to qualify for rebate, one or more ACH direct deposits from an employer payroll deposit, social security, or pension must post to your MyLife Checking Account totaling a minimum amount of $1,000.00 within the last 31 calendar days. Bank ACH transfers, account-to-account or person-to-person external or internal ACH transfers, and ACH transfers using online or mobile payment systems (i.e. PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, etc.) do not qualify. The rebate of non-USALLIANCE ATM surcharge fees will credit to your MyLife Checking Account by the end of each calendar day. The maximum rebate amount is $25.00 per calendar month. USALLIANCE reserves the right to cancel or modify the ATM fee rebate terms at any time with or without prior notice.

3 - Add Cash is a retailer cash deposit service made available to USALLIANCE Financial members through VanillaDirect. VanillaDirect is provided by InComm Financial Services California, Inc. and InComm Financial Services, Inc. (NMLS #912772).
