1 - Monthly Fee: $15.00 monthly maintenance fee will be assessed each statement cycle. The monthly maintenance fee will be waived for any statement cycle in which both of the following requirements are met: the account maintains a minimum average daily balance of $25,000 during the statement cycle, and the account has a minimum of $5,000 in total monthly transaction activity, defined as the combined dollar amount of deposits and withdrawals posted to the account during the statement cycle. Monthly maintenance fees begin once account has been open for more than thirty‑two (32) calendar days.

2 - Interest Rate: Premier Checking is a variable rate savings account. Rate valid as of 7/1/2026, rate is subject to change after the account is opened. Dividends are calculated and compounded daily and credited monthly on the last calendar day of each month. Fees may reduce earnings on account.

3 - Charitable Giving: Two dollars ($2.00) of each monthly maintenance fee assessed on this account will be donated by the Credit Union to a charitable foundation that USALLIANCE partners with to support youth financial education initiatives. Donations are made by the Credit Union and are not tax‑deductible by the account holder. The designated foundation and donation terms are subject to change at any time without notice.

4 - Priority Service: Account holders may receive priority service access, which may include access to a dedicated concierge phone line with priority call routing and priority email support. Priority service features are subject to system availability and operating hours and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

5 - Wire Transfers: Up to five (5) outgoing domestic wire transfers per statement cycle are provided at no charge. Additional outgoing wire transfers may be subject to standard $35 wire fee in accordance with the Credit Union’s Fee Schedule.

6 - Checks: Standard personal check orders are provided at no charge. Specialty or expedited check orders may incur additional fees.
